Sun Peninsula Resort, in Da Nang, Vietnam. With his outstanding endorsement came an opportunity to connect Marou to yet another exceptional venue.

Always seeking the finest ingredients, Michel Roux selected an exceptionally fragrant and rounded Marou Chocolate, Lam Dong 74%, made with cocoa grown on small family-owned farms in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, to feature at La Maison 1888.

Inspired by the simple and iconic black and white scheme of the resort, we crafted a striking checkered pattern especially for Mr. Roux.

Screen printed in rich antique gold, the final touch is a tactile embossed application of Roux's signature, a statement of approval.
