We are looking for a creative content manager to create and broadcast our brand and message to our global audience.
In this role you will be in charge of rice’s media content by overseeing publications on communications channels such as websites, blogs, social networks, and more.
We’re looking for someone who has bundles of energy, creativity, enthusiasm and who embraces our values and mission.
A perfect mastery of language is necessary to produce quality content and safeguard the brand’s image, both in English as well as in Vietnamese. Creativity is required to transform story ideas into content that is relevant to our brand and image.
Creative Content Manager's responsibilities include updating the social media pages, responding to followers and tracking user engagement. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent content creation skills, have an eye for detail and passionately following the trends defining the media landscape. An affinity for branding and design is beneficial, but a love for expertly crafted and well curated content is a must.
Strategize our communication
Identify compelling stories and news
Spot opportunities to amplify our message
Create engaging content, both verbally as well as visually
Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks
Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates, listening)
Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
Research audience preferences and discover current trends
Proven work experience as Creative Content Manager or similar role
Experience working closely with creative teams
Hands-on experience using various social media platforms
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Confident and excellent communication skills
Multitasking and analytical skills
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Always up to speed with what’s going on culturally and socially
An understanding of the wider marketing mix and how different channels work together
