Rice is seeking a Project Manager to join our Ho Chi Minh City studio.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include managing projects in term of timeline, human resource and final deliverables. You will be the main point of contact between company and clients. In your role, you will report directly to the Creative Directors.
Your job also includes supporting business development, submit projects weekly reports, designers working schedule, as well as supporting Production team with clients brief and quoting.
Create SOW proposals for prospects
Develop Timeline within project and align with studio timeline and capacity.
Negotiations & Contract document review
Internal & External Kick off meeting
Responsible for Introduction & Briefing Meeting & Follow up
Collect materials for project
Follow up deadlines of deliverables and arrange meetings accordingly
Be the main point of contact between company and clients
Follow up feedbacks and discussion between parties
Keep creative team organized and on track with timeline
Ensure creative team are always aligned on clients’ expectations
Work closely with Creative Directors & team to assure deliverables are on time
Provide support to creative team in presentations
Assist and contribute to creative team in order to craft ideas with insights on clients’ needs & business
Support research during project
Translate/Supervise APM’s translating project documents & handling paperwork
Support Production Dept. to create SOW and timeline
Participate production meetings with clients
Weekly prospects & potential business updates
Organize the Designer schedule & working hours.
4+ years experience in Project Management or relevant roles
Candidate must be excellent at multitasking and prioritizing and have a strong sense of urgency
Self-motivated with very strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
The applicant must be reliable, detail oriented and a team player
Good negotiating skills
Speak, read and write English and Vietnamese on a professional level
Must be able to troubleshoot problems with client, vendors and implement solutions through established processes
Ability to adapt and learn quickly – be flexible
Excellent Excel, Word and Power Point knowledge
